BMV has realized several models of Transfer Presses complete of the most complex tools for such articles, so delivering to the biggest manufacturers of locks in the world machines and tools to produce THE MAIN COMPONENTS FOR LOCKS.
Some of these pieces, and in particular the external knob, present on the world-wide market with different shapes and starting materials, have been produced with different technologies following the quantity of pieces per minute to obtain. So we have reached a first solution of production under a single transfer press through 20 operations for a production till 60 pieces per minute.

Then we have realized a second solution of 1 System constituted of 5 different sections automatically connected among them and checked by PLC for the production of 60 DOOR KNOBS PER MINUTE.
